Obscuritas 2012 Dark Art Collective Curated by Matthew Wajek and Amber Michelle Russell is confirmed for a September 29th opener in Eau Claire, WI.
Filling a hole in the DIY art exhibition world Obscuritas was born of the frustration of being denied in traditional art galleries. Setting to break the mold and make an impact on their own by transforming a non conventional space into a gallery setting for one night, forcing the viewer to take the artwork seriously. Aiming to gain exposure and appreciation for underground dark art culture.
Featuring renowned artists such as Chet Zar, Vincent Castiglia, Karyn Crisis, Ian ward and more this year!
